1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods, services, and materials supplied by Euro Glazing Ltd (referred to as “Goods”).

These Terms take precedence over any other terms and conditions unless agreed upon in writing.

2. Delivery

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. Euro Glazing Ltd is not responsible for delays or any losses arising from delays.

Goods must be collected from our premises once we notify you they are ready. Alternatively, if delivery to a specific location is agreed upon, we will deliver accordingly.

We may deliver goods in instalments; each is treated as a separate contract.

If you fail to collect or accept the delivery, we may:

  • Store the goods and charge you for storage costs.
  • Sell the goods and deduct our costs, refunding you the remaining amount or charging you for any shortfall.

Any damage, missing items, or non-delivery must be reported within:

  • 5 days for damaged or short-delivered goods.
  • 7 days for non-delivery.
  • Failure to notify us within this period means we are not liable for the issue.

3. Suitability of Goods

You acknowledge that you have not relied on any descriptions, drawings, or illustrations when purchasing the Goods.

It is your responsibility to ensure the Goods are suitable for your intended purpose.

You must use the Goods properly and provide your customers with any instructions we supply.

4. Price and Payment

We will issue an invoice when the goods are ready for collection or delivery.

Prices may change due to market fluctuations.

Prices do not include VAT, which must be paid separately.

Additional carriage charges may apply.

Full payment must be made before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is delayed, we will charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England’s base rate per day on the overdue amount.

5. Risk and Ownership

Any materials or tools provided by you remain at your risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage.

The risk of the Goods passes to you upon delivery or collection.

Ownership of the Goods remains with us until full payment is received.

If you resell the Goods before full payment, you must:

  • Sell only those Goods that you have already paid for.
  • Keep the Goods separate and identifiable as our property.
  • Immediately return the Goods if we request it due to non-payment.

If you become insolvent, your right to sell or use the Goods ends, and we may retrieve the Goods from your premises.

6. Warranty and Liability

We will replace or refund Goods that:

  • Do not meet specifications at the time of delivery.
  • Develop a defect due to faulty design, materials, or workmanship (within 12 months of delivery).

Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use, wear and tear, negligence, or modifications.
  • Defects caused by designs or specifications you provided.

White products are covered for 10 years against colour fading when used in Northern and Middle Europe.

Other colours do not have a guaranteed colour fastness.

Laminated products follow the warranty provided by the laminate and adhesive manufacturers. This warranty is void if:

  • Damage occurs due to improper handling, impact, or installation.
  • The Goods are used outside Northern or Middle Europe or at elevations above 1800m.

If the Goods are required within 48 hours of lamination, no warranty applies.

We are not liable for any damages beyond product replacement or refund.

7. Final Terms

No other warranties or guarantees apply, except those required by consumer law.

We are not responsible for any indirect losses, damages, or claims beyond the terms stated here.
